“HELP ME PLEASE,” Steinmetz’s impassioned plea starts on a flier tacked to a computer program pole in Newton. In a rush of panicked money letters, he describes in which he went incorrect:
“I MADE A BIG ERROR AND MISTAKENLY SOLD the WIFE’S BIKE THAT HER DEAR FATHER GAVE HER www.rose-brides.com/ghana-brides 60 YEARS BACK. IT HAD GREAT SENTIMENTAL VALUE TO HER, AND I MISTAKENLY SOLD IT. SHE DESPERATELY WANTS IT BACK.”
